Message before installed it that there was a problem! THIS ASSHOLE NEVER EVER OFFERED TO SEND ME A NEW HOOD NOR PAY HALF THE SHIPPING! THAT IS A FUCKING LIE! Cody Schuman IS A LIER AND A THIEF! second off the hood almost comes off the car when driving so how the hell do you explain that am i suppose to know this before install asshold Cody? JUST FACE IT YOU SENT ME A PIECE OF SHIT AND THOUGHT I WOULD LIVE WITH IT!

HERE IS HIS EMAIL ABOUT WHY HE DID NOT INSPECT IT and other reason he lied to me! CODY IS ONE LIER AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED THEN USES THIS FORUM TO TRY AND WIN SYMPOTHY! I can supply anyone with the header info if need! Because unlike CODY SCHUMAN I AM TELLING THE TRUTH!
James,

"once you get the hood out in the sunlight it is
clear that the left side leading edge closest to the
front of the car was made wrong or not clear coated
right or finished right. the carbon fibers are up
raised away from the rest of the hood like it's at the
top of the finish."

-Due to the overwhelming number of hoods sold, we began to have one of
our
suppliers (MB Autosport) Mail the hoods out directly, instead of
sending
them to us and having us send them out. I was not able to personally
inspect your hood because MB Autosport is not where near our store and
I
trusted that they would make the right decision. It is possible that
they
assumed all hoods were good and did not remove your hood and inspect it
thuroughly before boxing it back up and shipping it.

"Another problem is the leading edge
running up the side of the passanger side has bubbles
in the finish they are small ones that i could live
with but certainly not the type of workmanship i was
expecting. I asked you to look my hood over and make
sure it was perfect!"

-Once again, after sending out 15+ hoods, I had to have one of our
suppliers
start sending them out as well, your hood was not inspected by myself,
and I
trusted my supplier to ensure quality on all hoods that went out, they
have
obviously failed. Do you have a digital camera or something to take
pictures of this hood with so I can bring them to the manufacturer and
complain?

" Also there was NO MENTION of the required hood pins?
This was to replace the factory hood not have hood
pins. Am i going to lose this hood on the freeway if i
don't put hood pins in?"

-required hood pins? The hoods in my office did not come with holes
for
hood pins, did yours? The hoods are made with a latch to clamp down
like a
factory hood, was your hood missing this latch? Hood pins are not
required
but recommended.

"keep in mind i am a long standing memeber of tt.net
and i don't think anyone of us z owners would except
such poor workmanship! you told and i quote these are
high quality! I quality does not mean factory
blemishes in the finish and bubbles in the finish as
this hood has."

-Why should I keep that in mind? I've been a TT.net member for 2+ years
and
have accessed the forum 11354 times. Tons of TT.net members do
business
with us and get regular discounts on everything including rims, kits,
hoods,
mirrors, nose pieces etc.. I'm saying that I will do everything in my
power
to help you out on this. If MB Autosport wants to give us our money
back
for your hood, we will gladly send your money back, if they do not wish
to,
then you are more than welcome to contact them at the following number
to
discuss your concerns about the hood. 562-320-1030 Just mention that
you
ordered it from us (booststore.com) and explain to them the situation,
they
might even be able to directly refund your money without having to send
it
to us first. We hope to get this resolved as soon as possible. I am
going
to have a hard time telling them exactly what is wrong with the hood
because
I cannot currently see the hood or pictures of it, you would proably be
able
to explain it better than I.

Cody this is james gore again. I got the hood
yesterday and went to put it on today. The box was
perfect i.e. no damage I took the hood out of the box
and all was fine at least under florent lights that
is. once you get the hood out in the sunlight it is
clear that the left side leading edge closest to the
front of the car was made wrong or not clear coated
right or finished right. the carbon fibers are up
raised away from the rest of the hood like it's at the
top of the finish. Another problem is the leading edge
running up the side of the passanger side has bubbles
in the finish they are small ones that i could live
with but certainly not the type of workmanship i was
expecting. I asked you to look my hood over and make
sure it was perfect! It seems now that you were more
interested in getting my money they you were about
making me happy! I am not going to settle for this i
want to know what you plan on doing about this?

Also there was NO MENTION of the required hood pins?
This was to replace the factory hood not have hood

One last thing the holes under the hood inside the
engine compartment there is one larger hole that is
already broken out i.e. fiberglass is cracking!

Jim, you need to contact MB Autosport, they are the
ones who shippied your
hood out. We were keeping the hoods there because
they have quicker access
to freight and it's easier to ship from their shop.
Their phone number is
562-320-1030 and the tracking number that we have is
the same one that they
gave us, so maybe their was a typo somewhere,
anyways it was shipping using
their account, so we do not have access to their
records, when calling them,
tell them that you ordered the hood from
Booststore.com and your order # is
50. They will be able to look it up in their system
and let you know what
the story is. I know it went out, it's just a
matter of them giving you the
correct tracking number.

still no tracking number nor a hood? please let me
know.

thank you

D'oh! You're the second person who has recieved
the
wrong tracking number.
I'll have to call the shipping company today and
see
what the problem is
because I'm pretty sure I copied the tracking
number
off of the box
correctly. Regardless, it went out on the day I
sent the tracking number,
so there is a good chance you will get it before I
get the tracking number
problem fixed. As far as fenders and other carbon
fiber, we can get
anything made, we just need at least 10 orders up
front. Currently we have
no plans right now though =)
